User Instructions

After your payment is confirmed, you will receive a 6-digit lock code on the booking confirmation screen. This code is also sent to your registered email address.

1. Locate the vending machine for your rented kayak.
2. Enter your 6-digit code into the digital padlock.
3. The lock will release, granting you access to the kayak.
4. Carefully slide the kayak out from the machine.

Your safety is our top priority. Please follow these guidelines for a safe and enjoyable experience on the water.

1. Always wear the provided personal flotation device (PFD).
2. Carry the paddle and any other equipment to the water's edge.
3. Place the kayak in a shallow, calm area of the water.
4. Stabilize the kayak with one hand while you step into the center of the cockpit.
5. Stay aware of your surroundings, including other boaters and changing weather conditions.

When your rental time is complete, please return the kayak to the same vending machine.

1. Bring the kayak back to the docking area.
2. Wipe down any excess water or debris from the kayak.
3. Carefully slide the kayak back into its designated slot in the machine.
4. Secure the lock as instructed at the station.
5. Navigate to the "Trip Summary" page on our app to provide feedback and upload a photo of the kayak's condition.
